REFUND ELIGIBILITY

As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund under the following circumstances:

Major Faults: If a product or service has a major fault, such as not functioning as described, or being significantly defective.

Unfit for Intended Purpose: If the product or service is not suitable for the purpose for which it was described or presented.

Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues prevent access to the purchased product or service..

Non-Delivery of Tokens: If projects purchased are not delivered or credited to your account due to system errors.

Defective Digital Goods: If purchased digital goods are significantly defective or not as described.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact form and attach your proof of purchase. Please ensure that all returned items are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

Refund:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. .

EXCLUSIONS

We retain the right to refuse a refund if:

You simply changed your mind.

You misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem.

You purchased lifetime,discounted non-subscribable sale items, which are final sale and cannot be returned.

you requested a service to be carried out against our advice or were unclear about your requirements; or a service problem was completely beyond our control.
